Bounce @ The Infinity Mall

As a part of the Team Building activity, a visit was planned on 22nd Jan, 2020 at The Bounce, Trampoline Park at the Infinity Mall, Malad. Everyone assembled at the HO Gate to ride in the bus which would take the whole group to the venue. People were singing in Hindi, Marathi, and Tamil songs. Do not know why, I did not have the mood of joining the crew. I hardly had a few friends left at AP, so this outing was going to be different from Smaaash at Lower Parel. We reached the mall and took the elevator to the Bounce section. A band was tied on our hand. Then the team building workshop started with working our ideas on the charts and presenting the same. We were waiting for the workshop to end to enjoy the reason we were here for. We were given a pair of socks and the fun evening began.

We were divided into different groups, with one instructor per group. They mentioned the rules, one person per trampoline, not to jump on the padding, not to try out stunts without supervision. We started with the Free Jump trampoline, the one which had volleyball net and slopping trampolines. Then we switched places with another group to play dodge ball. There was a kid's section, Junior Jumper area, adjacent to the dodge ball section. Adjacent to the Free Jump section, two basketball nets were arranged on trampolines, this area is called Slam Dunk. We saw the demo given by the instructor. Some of us did try it out. Then we further moved to the Cliff Jumping. At first, I was not afraid, but as I climbed the stairs and was right at the edge, I backed out. There were two trampolines for athletes. The highlight was X-Park wherein we had to pass through various obstacles. Listing those down here:

The starting section has wooden blocks of different heights, assembled to give a feel of trekking. Post that we must pass through a narrow lane.
The slopping curve must be climbed with the help of rope. It really requires good arm strength.
There is a section with balls having a rod embedded, we need to pass through all the balls.
The frog jump section wherein we need to jump like a frog from one disc to another.
The rock-climbing section.
The Tarzan jump with the rope from one block to another.
Three underground sections.
Then there are two jumper trampolines.
The glass section for spiderman walk.
The next section needs to be crossed using the hanging edges.
A big trampoline section, you need to jump on it and get to the top. There is a short cut available at the edge to climb the section if we cannot jump so high.
Three rollers (same as the ones in Takeshi Castle), you need to run at a pace so that you do not fall and roll on it. This one was the smoothest for me.
Again, a slopping curve had to be climbed using the rope.
The zip lining section will take you from one end to another.
The closed slider is the end of the X-Park.

Post the X-Park, we assembled in the workshop room for some dance and music with the starters. Then the dinner was served. Post dinner, few were engrossed in dancing while a few like me were checking on which train to catch and making groups of three for the auto. Though I was not completely into it, I enjoyed for quite some time. Do check into this place with your friends, you will surely enjoy and make loads of memories.
